Holiday to East Java

            Last week I went to east Java for holiday.I stayed at my uncle’s house at Cemara Lawang, Probolinggo. Ithas a big garden with lots of colorful flowers and a fish pond.

            On the first day I went to Mount Bromo.The next day my aunt, my uncle and I saw Gunung Batok and  went on scenic  ride on white horse. It was scary.Then we went to get a closer look at the mountain. We took a picture of a  beautiful sceneries there.

            On the last day we went to the zoo at Wonokromo. We saw cockatos having shower. In the afternoon we went home. It was fun.

Three Days in East Java

On Friday I went to Mount Bromo. I stayed at Nia’s and Hasan’s house at Cemara lawang Probolinggo.

On Saturday Nia and I went to Gunung Batok. There, we rode on horseback and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. It was a little scary but it was also fun. Then we went to get a closer look at the mountain. It was wonderful. Next we took pictures of the amazing sceneries there.

On Sunday we went to Wonokromo Zoo. At the zoo, we watched some cockatoos having a shower. After that we went around the place to see other animals. When we got a little tired, we took a rest and ate lunch in the park. In the afternoon, we went home.

In the evening, I went back to Surabaya. My father picked me up. I really enjoyed my weekend in Probolinggo.

Visit To sheep Property

Last holidays I visited a sheep property. I helped in the shearing sheds and in

the yards.

On the first day the Merino wethers were crutched. I helped by sweeping up after the rouseabout picked up the wool pieces. Shearers start early (at 7.30 am).

After lunch, we started shearing the lambs. There were more than 400 so we

didn't finish until the next day. Once again I was sweeping and picking up

dags.

I was tired by the end of the day in the shed but our work wasn't finished.

We all had to help to get the wethers and lambs back into the paddocks. As

well, we had to get a mob of ewes and their lambs into the yards for shearing

the next day. Then it was time for tea (that's what my nanna calls dinner).

This was a very long day but I enjoyed it a lot.

My Holiday in Yogya

Last holiday, I went Yogya with my friends they are Fajar and Titot and with Titot parent’s. Before we went Yogya, we stayed in Titot’s home.When the morning came, we prepared the e quipment and we went from home at 9 am.

The first object is Malioboro Mall, we were very enjoy in Timezone. After few minute we felt boring then we walked a long Malioboro way. In there, we met a parfume salesman, unfortunately he cheated as but Fajar didn’t cheat.Then the second object was Saphir Mall, we went in Snow World International. Before there, we must weared a jackets because was very cold we were very enjoy and enable took a photo.

Then, we walked in the mall and we stoped in Station Game, we played the game to reach evening. Then we went home at the night.

Holiday in Jogjakarta

Last holiday, my family went to Jogjakarta. It’s taken more or less two hours by car from Semarang.

The first object that we have visited is Borobudur. It is the wonderful temple I’ve ever seen. The weather is fine, so we continued our vacation to Malioboro.

We plan to go around Malioboro by foot. We enjoyed having “lesehan” there. It is kind of a restaurant but we sit on the ground. Many kinds of local handicraft are sold along Malioboro street. Both domestic and foreign tourists are interested in them. We bought some interesting souvenirs there.

An Excursion to the Botanic Gardens

 Yesterday,  we went to the Botanic Gardens. We walked down and boarded the bus.After we arrived at the gardens we walked down to the Education Centre. Then we looked at all the lovely plants. After that we went down to a little spot in the Botanic Gardens and had morning tea.

Next we did sketching and then we met back at the Education Centre with Year Four to have lunch.A lady took us in to a special room and introduced herself, then she explained what we were going to do. Next she took us in to a pyramid terrarium and another one.

Soon after we had finished we went back outside and met Year Four. Then we reboarded the bus and returned to school. Although we are tired ,but,We are very happy in there.
